mystery1Mostly scams, these offers come from marketing analysis firms who do studies on retail and service oriented companies. Mostly employed by large scale chain stores, you go around evaluating the service of staff who should be following certain procedures and SOP’s set by the company. Evaluating courtesy, equality of treatment and staff decorum is the main job, while you shop, you evaluate the way they treat people and how they treat you.
These facts though trivial may have a great impact whether they get a sale or a lost one, gone due to bad service. Most stores offer the same goods, it’s the people doing the sale, assisting customers as much as they could that make the big ones. Service has the potential to make or break a chain of stores and one that some pay more attention to than others. Exclusive stores prefer exceptional service form their staff due to their selected merchandise that caters to more refined people. Service oriented firms evaluate their call center staff for professionalism and courtesy (even if they are overseas).
